Houston Debris Piled High

It's amazing how people who live in flood prone areas can be so proactive in taking charge of their own cleanup.

When our estimator arrived in this Houston neighborhood to assess the damage, he noticed homeowners had already taken the step to remove non-salvageable contents from their homes.

Removing the wet contents from the home speeds drying and reduces contamination.  We can then go in and performed controlled demolition of non-salvageable structural materials and treat the home structure with an anti-microbial spray to sanitize the beams.

We perform what's called a "contents claim inventory" on the homeowner's belongings.  We catalog, inventory, and photograph each item so a list can be provided to the adjuster to reimburse the customer.

Colorado Springs Storm Flooded Construction Site

The ground water from a storm in Colorado Springs flooded this construction site home required rapid water removal. The concrete floor deck takes many days to dry out using our SERVPRO heavy duty dehumidifiers. The contaminated water left behind chemical and possible pathogens. Disinfecting and sanitizing the house was a must to secure a safe environment to continue with the building.
